As a business that recognises the key role of our employees, we are committed to achieving a fully trained, highly skilled and professional workforce. Through rigorous training and positive development opportunities, our staff advance their skills and progress their careers. SES operatives are on active ongoing training programmes and are working in partnership with established industry organisations, including the Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS).
Resources
Throughout SES' history, we have chosen to invest in market-leading equipment - such as the Van Thiel and Plettac Metrix scaffolding systems - as well as investing in our employees. This has allowed us to continue to provide the highest calibre of service to our customers.
Environment and communities
At SES, we work to continually demonstrate our respect for the environment and the communities in which we work. As well as formally setting out our commitment via our Environmental Policy and our industry accreditations, we take pride in the steps we take to protect the areas in which we work. One such example is the arboreal protection system we implemented while working on a housing upgrade project. Our approach to recycling and waste management also ensures we re-use as much as possible, minimise waste to landfill and dispose of waste safely and appropriately.
